This company is a scam and stay clear. I ordered the first time ever from Instagram in June 2020, of which it took months to receive product after threatening to file negative reports to agencies. Once receiving the merchandise it was poor quality and not what I ordered, close in logo, but sizes didn't fit. When I requested a refund and address to return, they refused by repeated emails encouraging me to keep and gave new personnel to deal with each time. Their tactic is to wear you down so you don't want to pursue. In the end they offer a refund 1/4 the purchase price and never give and tell you to gift the merchandise to someone. Don't believe I would have received the refund, so in the end they achieved their goal, took my money and I in turn have merchandise I didn't order. I am the fool for not researching the vendor, lesson learned. Stay clear from this vendor DO NOT PURCHASE!

Rita - Beware of this website it is a total scam! I ordered two sweatshirts off of this website and they look absolutely nothing like what the pictures show. They say you have 15 days to return your items if you’re not satisfied so I have contacted [email protected] every day for four days each time with my order number and pictures side-by-side showing the picture of what I received in the picture of what I ordered showing them that they look absolutely nothing alike and have yet to hear back from them. The sweatshirt material feels like T-shirt material and the writing is a big plastic that feels like it’s ready to peel off I can’t imagine what it’s going to do if I attempt to put it in the washing machine much less the dryer. Please don’t waste your money on this website you’d have better luck going to the dollar store buying you a sweatshirt or anything for that matter than you would buying from this website because believe me you’re not going to get what’s pictured on the website and you will never get your money back! Of course when I tried to download a picture of the Sweatshirt that I got it kept showing an error ?

Placed an order with Lovcloth.com. Did not receive an order number, nor an order acknowledgement email, after completing the order process. After the charge was posted to my credit card, I contacted customer service. They denied having received any order, and ignored the evidence I sent proving my credit card had been charged by them. I must assume this company is a SCAM until they prove otherwise.

Mid July I ordered $127.00 worth of clothes and one pair of sandals. I never received any shipping info and when I tried to contact them no reply. Obviously a scam. Facebook should be ashamed for promoting them as that is where I found this fake company. Please do not buy anything.

I opted out of the free shipping and paid for express as I wanted to take a couple of the items with me on vacation. It has almost been a month now and the only response I get is they will make my order a priority. Well, its too late for that. They don't understand what express shipping means! They ignore my request to refund my money! I froze my account just in case they want to take money :O

This company says that everything is made in the USA but it’s all out of Hong Kong. They take your money but will not respond to emails and there is no way to call them. They never send the product. So they steal your money and you never receive what you order and no way to get a refund.

I did however receive my sweatshirts but they look like something that children have made and they’re not sweatshirts they’re made out of T-shirt material and the writing on them is thick plastic and it looks like it’s ready to peel off at any minute. I have contacted their so-called support team numerous times and have never gotten an email back receiving any kind of support and I will never received my refund. This company is a total scam and Facebook should take it completely off of their website!
