Worst company ever! I ordered 2 sweatshirts on 8-16, received them 6 weeks later only to find one of them was incorrect. Afte several emails and no response, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Of course, I heard from them then. They offered me $5 to keep the 2 shirts and maybe I could give them to someone. I told them that was unacceptable and they came back with $10. I told them no and that I expected a full refund for the incorrect item or information to return them. They actually expected me to pay to return their mistake! My dispute was denied because they finally sent return info. I accepted the $10 refund because something is better than nothing. Let’s see if I actually get it. NEVER do business with this company.

Ordered Aug 19, 2020. Still haven't recieved as of Oct 6, 2020. I've emailed several times, first time wasd about Sept 9, they said order on way. Will give you 2 day shipping free. Well I'm guessing this company is in China. This is NOT a Christian store. Don't waste your money, it's NOT worth the frustration & high blood pressure!

I order from lovcloth online. It took them 2 months to send items that were wrong. They sent a dolphin shirt and an I stand shirt instead of God is greater than the ups and downs sweatshirts that I ordered!

They want to send me a gift card for $6.00 and keep the ugly shirts!

I Thought I was buying from a Christian store that was closing its physical store as advertised in Facebook add. I ordered 3 tunic-shirts. The purple "it is well with my soul" tunic was beautiful was beautiful, though sleeves a little long. The material was nice but sleeves were a bit long. It washed well.The plain tan tunic-shirt ordered in the same size and style was 2 sizes smaller though labeled as same size and the sleeves were very tight and the length was 6inches shorter. It will go to my church's clothing giveaway. The Christmas shirt has not arrived yet. I hope it is not too small. I loved the cuteness and the fact that the T in Christmas was a big cross. Total dollar cost $68.97. If Christmas shirt doesn't come by November, I will put in a complaint with paypal. I understand this is a Chinese factory and do feel sorry for all the human rights issues and lack of freedom of religion in that country but it is a risk to order from them. But I love the purple "It Is Well with My Soul" one. I will hem the sleeves and wear it often to lift my spirits.

My mom wanted one of their shirts because of the Christian phrase on it. I ordered it for her. She is a petite person, but wanted a medium in case it shrinks. The shirt pictured was not what the description said, so I emailed them to verify it. I was told it was a long sleeve crew neck shirt. It took FOREVER to come. When it arrived, we were shocked to see that it wasn't a sweatshirt, but a thinly made shirt (very poor quality material). My mom held it up and you could have put 2 of her in it. It had to be an extra large. I contacted the company, they had me send pictures of the shirt and packaging (not sure why the packaging, something about seeing which seller it was...umm, aren't YOU the seller?). Anyway, after several emails back and forth, they said it would cost a lot to send it back, so I could just give it to a friend/family member for a gift and they'd give me a $5.00 gift card to purchase something else. I DON'T THINK SO! How is that helping ME out? I'm waiting to hear their reply to me demanding a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...SCAM CITY!

Lovcloth is definitely a scam. I am having the same experiences as described in these complaints. Tracking Number does not work. Tracking information Lovcloth sent via e-mail makes no sense and only says it is in transit. I don't normally purchase online for this reason but it sounded like a faith based company. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence but shame on them for doing business in the name of our Lord! Stop them!

The name of the company is Lovcloth. Although I should have, I did not go on their Facebook page or their website to look at the reviews before I ordered their product. After about 3 weeks I emailed them and was concerned because the tracking number that they gave me did not work. I have sent them several emails no response. I called my Credit Card and put the charge in dispute and told them about the reviews with this so called company they took the charge off for further review. I am sure they will give me a full refund. I have leaned my lesson about ordering anything that advertise with Facebook.

Sadly, my experience is EXACTLY like the ones above! So sad and I am very disappointed. I was excited to order matching "sweatshirts" for my daughter and I and neither of us will wear them or even want to donate. That's too embarrassing. If they are using a Christian front, then they should act likewise.

I ordered from this company, thinking "Oh, they're a good honest company selling christian attire. WRONG! The shirts that were shipped to me look nothing like the ones I ordered. I thought I ordered sweat shirts. What I received were long sleeve super thin material t-shirts that were such ugly colors. The ones viewed on Facebook look like they are heathered colors. Not the ones sent, they are solid, the vinyl printing on them is ridiculously cheap looking, the neck lines are super wide boat like made with the same material as the shirt only turned a different direction. The arm cuffs were sized poorly and then there was a cuff on the bottoms of these ugly -t-shirts that looked hideous. I have tried to get an answer or return email from them with no success. I will be donating to a local thrift store my $72.00 purchase because there is no way in heck that my teenagers or myself would be caught wearing these poorly made shirts.

I purchased 2 t shirts from this website, after seeing them on Facebook. I thought I was protected because I used Paypal. The seller has a 30 day money back guarantee but it takes well over 30 days for item to arrive. And when they did, the shirts looked NOTHING like the ones they were advertising. Clearly cheap quality and ugly. I would not have bough them if they had been honest in their advertising. I contacted them and told them I was unhappy. They offered me a $5.00 gift card. What a joke. My order was nearly $50.00. I opened a case with Paypal after seeing I was not going to get anywhere with them. I sent them photos of the item advertised and what I received. After a lengthy process, they finally came back and said seller would issue refund AFTER they receive the items back,

SHIPPED ON MY DIME. I was very disappointed. Usually Paypal has your back - or so I thought. To ship these items back will cost nearly half of my refund. When I tried to leave a review they took it down, and then I went to their Facebook page (which had disappeared after I initially placed my order) and you will see many reviews saying the same thing. This company needs to be stopped from pulling these scams on unsuspecting folks.

The name of the company is Lovcloth. Although I should have, I did not go on their Facebook page or their website to look at the reviews before I ordered their product. After about 3 weeks I emailed them and was concerned because the tracking number that they gave me did not work and I called my mail carrier and she said that that number was not a real number. I have sent them several emails and the emails that were sent back were automated and were telling me that the products were on the way and had been shipped but was backlogged. Also I was told that I could not get a refund because my products had already been shipped. I thought that this was a reputable company because I see it in my Facebook feed a lot. I would definitely recommend reading the reviews before buying any thing.
