I ordered a Lovaramp on 6/8/2020, received a confirmation email of the order and have yet, NEVER received the ramp. I guess it was a $50. lesson. It’s sad that they would steal from people who care so much about their sick, aged or disabled animals. Thinking they’re going to make the animals lives a little better.

I ordered a ramp For my rescue who has only 3 legs I was charged 49.99 and received a confirmation from them on June 7 I have never received a ramp or anything further from this company. I would still like the ramp or a refund to my account. My order number was 2471. I did try your website but says it doesn’t exist.
