The same had happened to me when I first emailed about issues someone would get back with me within 2 days. Eventually we agreed on a $600 credit to my bread loan account which I used to pay for it. 2 months later no credit has been applied and customer service is non existent.

I ordered at 1700 dollar ultimate bed frame from this site. They contacted me while it was being delivered and everything. It finally arroved 2 weeks late and was missing more than half the order and the other half of the order was damaged or defective. The number i used to contact them has not had an answer in over 24 hours, no call backs, and the retuens phone number is disconnected. I also found an almost identical website for the same thing which i can only assume is also a scam.
