Ordered Lottie London Outer Banks 100ml after being on a waitlist and received an email from them saying they had 1000 available and to order within 48 hrs. I ordered from the website and received 10% off as a first time customer. A tracking number was assigned in Union, NJ on Nov. 28, 2024 and a message that "Your order is on the way". On Dec 10 I sent my first email to inquire were my order was. On Dec 13 a rep did answwer with an apology and said there was a delay. I also got a formal Lottie London email the next day claiming the shipment was delayed but would arrive before Christmas. My patience ran out Dec 23 I sent a 2nd email because the tracking number had not left the building. I did not get a response. Emailed again on Jan. 7 and got a response on Jan 9 with screen shots that my package had been shipped that day. I followed the tracking number which now left from LA and it was delivered on Jan 14. But no package was delivered. Figuring it was now a post office error, I was in contact with the post master several times. After thier research, a package with the same tracking number was delivered to a different person and it was NOT my package. And that Lottie London had duplicated my tracking number which USPS proceeded to report in case they used it again. Of course all further attempts to reach Lottie London and correct the issue or make good on my order have gone unanswered.

I ordered 2 perfumes in November 2024. Still did not recieve them. On Lottie London tracking website it shows that my package is ready to ship but the UPS tracking said already delivered. I sent emails to their customer service - no reply. They dont even have a phone number on their website. After scamming so many people they took their website down.

Ordered a perfume and made multiple attempts to email their only listed contact info (email) with zero responses. Order was made on 12/3/24 and they immediately charged the card. There was an automated message that I received on 12/12/24 after the order that they were experiences high volumes of orders over black Friday and to refrain from sending multiple messages inquiring about orders, at that point I had not inquired yet. As of 2/2/25, there has been no further information regarding the order which still says they have not shipped and no responses to any email inquiring or requesting cancellation and a refund.

Ordered product early November, was charged for said product. Since 11/28/24 shipping tracking states a shipping label was created and USPS is awaiting the product. Company only responds with a canned “we’re sorry and are looking into it” email. At least 50 others have reported the exact same issue on the company’s facebook page and the company proceeds to delete the comments.
