I ordered two things from Loststreet in January totaling 92.99 dollars and can’t get ahold of them this company takes your money but you can’t contact them and it shows no website after they take your money I just want what I ordered or my money back

Purchased an Item on 1/9/21, received an order # and an email to contact if any questions or concerns. Never received the product and nobody ever responds to emails that are sent.

Ordered a outdoor hanging swing from a business called loststreet they are business on Facebook they go through a company called shopify we have not received anything or heard from them. It has been six weeks when we got a hold of shopify they said they are not responsible for any damage from loststreet all they do is help new businesses sell products. They link that loststreet gave us to track the purchase the website was not valid.
