I received a call from this number above stating they were Los Angeles water and power stating my bill had not been paid for 4 months. I quickly pulled up my on line banking. Showing the last 4 months processed payments in full. The girl stated if I did not pay today $490.32 then my power would be turned off. I said that made no sense because I pay my bill to City of LB. She became frustrated. I asked to speak to her manager. She put my on hold for about 10 minutes and then hung up. She did not call back.
