Ordered a jersey for my boyfriend for Christmas. It looks terrible. Stitching is falling apart, the letters and numbers look stained on the edges. The site looks fine and I paid. I never received a confirmation email or tracking number. I got a weird charge on my account that looked foreign. I reported it and this random email I got is asking for payment. I asked for a return label as I was not satisfied with the product. The website says easy 365 day returns. Below is the exact email I received in response to asking for a return label.

We are sorry to hear that, but if you return to us,then you should charge the shipping fee.

It is expensive for the international fee.

It will take 1 or 2 months and sometimes it will never arrive at our place.

We do hope that you can keep it. We can give you some discount.

How about $40 for your order? It's fair to you.

Pls trust me, this is the easiest and best way for you to complete this order. Thank you.

When I went back to the website to look for an address or contact number, neither is available. Only a sheet to fill out your info for them to contact you.
