Some products do not match pictures. Also, they claim they will not refund unshipped items if any items from the order shipped. I reached out multiple times directly to seller and they kept sending the same canned response multiple times.

Only after looping in PayPal did they only 40% of what didn't match their advertisement and 100% of what hadn't been received. Out of multiple things ordered only two items received appeared to match.
