On 12/6/2022, I placed an online order for an artificial Christmas tree from https://loricktrees.com/. I indicated payment by Venmo. I received a confirmation email that stated my order was received and on hold until payment was received and verified. Shortly after, I received a text message from +1 (651) 317-4684 with instructions to make payment by Venmo. I never received confirmation that my payment was received and verified, or an update on my order itself. I requested to cancel my order and get a refund numerous times with extremely limited response.
