On Facebook there was an ad for Dillard's advertising bathing suits. The link allowed me to order swimwear in my size, which I did. I shared my mailing address, email address, and paid with a credit card. The site said delivery would be about 3 weeks. I was sent a tracking number which I used several times. I became suspicious when the site had a time of movement which was later than the actual time. In addition the site indicated transfer to USPS, and the about 2 hrs between sorting center and delivery, both a bit unusual. Then it said the package was delivered, which it was not. I have contacted them through the web address, have gotten replies from customer service 4 different names ( check with your neighbors, they contacted logistics company which will not compensate, will resend or look for other solutions). So far, no suggestion of a refund or credit. When I asked for a phone number to talk with an agent. I have gotten no reply.
