1st Email: I have still not received this order and it has been 16 working days. I would like a refund immediately please.

We are sorry to say our warehouse and suppliers have problem in last 2 weeks, which coursed the processing of orders slower than before, and many packages were sent out later than we promised. The problem is solved and all delay packages are on the way to you now. Please accept our sincerely apologize. And wish to earn you more patient at shipping.

4th Email: It was delivered on 10/28/19. I want to return it immediately. Please provide me with the instructions for it's return so I can receive a full refund.

5th Email: I no longer need the items as they did not arrive on time. If you do not offer me a refund I will report you to the authorities immediately. I'm sick of this back and forth and this is horrible customer service. I want a refund immediately.

6th Email:

This is ridiculous. I have requested a return because you did not deliver the items in time.i have reached out the way your company advises to this email and do not give me the correct information in order to return the items. You keep making up random excuses and delaying the process. I will have to report you to the authorities now.

I have requested a return for the 6th day in a row and you refuse to give me the information in order to return the items. It is not the customer's fault that you did not get the items to me within the time frame that is stated on your website. I will be reporting the issue today.

I want to return these items as they are not as described and are poor quality and they did not get delivered to me on time.

Provide me with the information I need in order to return these items for a full refund. I am reporting this company to the ScamPulse.com in the US so you cannot sell your items to American citizens going forward.
