This was sent to me May 20th. They only have generic information emailed to you and on their site it say that the TMNT Series 2 crates will be shipped out on these dates....

This has been "updated" more than once, with the changing of dates to the current date, with no updates on why, when, or what is going on!
Please go after these scammers as they allegedly have these just sitting at a warehouse, they just can't pay the fees to release them from the warehouse, which is total B.S. As they took our prepayments, so why don't they have enough $$$ to pay the fees to get our items out as we paid for them??!!?? These people need to be investigated for fraud and theft. This is a form of scheme that needs to be fixed for all of us who spent our hard earned money on items to bring us just a little joy! To take someone's money and NOT provide the services promised when signing the deal, is fraud and in this scale needs to be escalated and fixed!!! Something like a lard law suite as this is more then just my money we are talking about and it is in the millions!! I am not sure if they are misusing our information as well. Something to look into.
