Purchased a chunky knit blanket on Dec 9 2017, today is January 20th and no blanket. Have contacted the company via email and phone several times with no resolution. I keep getting the same generic email with an apology and statement telling me my item has shipped and if I don't receive it in 5 to 7 business days to contact them. The company won't refund my money because my purchase is in transit. As I have come to learn the hard way, after ready numerous complaints similar to mine, I will never receive my blanket or a refund. I have filed a claim with PayPal. This company is definitely scamming customers and needs to be shut down!
