Loosely advertised a khaki trench coat online via Facebook. On their website, it says "Hassle Free Returns" and "Money Back Guarantee". The shipping was to take 10-12 days. The coat arrived over 3 weeks later. It is not the coat that was advertised. The color is more blue/grey than khaki and in an attempt to make the buttons appear tortoiseshell, paint or another chemical was dripped on the buttons and on the coat around the buttons. Very poor, substandard quality. When asked for a refund for item not as advertised, it was offered only if I paid to return the item overseas to England despite the item coming from China and headquarters listed in New York. I feel the company piggybacks off our standard idea of no hassle returns meaning it's free if the item is not as advertised. Amazon, Target, Ebay for example offer hassle free returns. This company does not. They did offer a replacement coat but the quality control is so obviously substandard I am not interested. It's my understanding if store credit is offered it must be used in 10 days, which does not seem legal either. I will never buy from this company again as I feel strongly it uses false advertising to get consumers to purchase items they don't sell.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Loosely online - saw the ad on Facebook. They drafted my account and promised delivery within 20 working days. They sent me a bogus tracking number and told me I could not track my package until it was in the USA - it was international product but that the order should reach US soil that day (20 days in). The order never arrived over 30 days later. I call now and no one answers my call or email. This place needs to get shut down. The cost was $115.00.

I placed an order back on Dec 3rd 2017 for a chunky knit blanket (wool) which was promised to be delivered before Christmas. After numerous emails back and forth with false promises I finally after another call and complaint recieved the blanket ( which looks nothing like advertised) 10 1/2 weeks later. It is made of dyed cotton balls and they refuse to make it right by refunding me for the bogus product.

They take out fb ads for beautiful looking products and take your money but never deliver the products.

I had purchased two blankets from this store on Dec 10 and they gave me a wait period of 18 business days for shipping.

They sent me a confirmation number to track my order, that took me to a page that never updated.

I emailed them and they gave me two tracking numbers, but no courier service.

20 business days go by and I email them again, they say another 3 to 7 business days.

Still nothing, I call the number and talk to a real person about getting my order refunded.

They tell me it's a 72 business hour wait for them to file the complaint then another 72 business hours to file a refund complaint.

I recived an email on Feb 2 saying that they can't refund my money because it has been processed, with a tracking number, NO courier service!

I just checked my order number and the website says it doesn't exist.

This place is giving me that run around and I'm out $105 now.

Don't buy from them!!!

Purchased an item on 12/7/17 and still have not received the item that I have paid for (today's date 1/31/17). I have contacted the business numerous times via email and telephone and they can't offer me a refund or anything. The tracking number is not valid. This is a dishonest business that has no issue stealing money.

This company does not deliver its products. I placed an order in December. I have followed up several times, and each times received an email stating the product was on its way. I have "tracked" the order since it was supposed to be delivered by December 15th, and it is in the same status. They are false advertisers and based on the number of comments since December they did not deliver any products that were ordered.

They do not send orders sometimes. Other times they do but it is not what they advertised. If you look on facebook, all comments will be about how they were scammed. They ask they you send merchandise back to Hong Kong at your expense to exchange - they're fraudulent.

We ordered a large chunky knit blanket December 12 2017 and today is january 15, 2018 and they say it is still in transit. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, on January 1st, I requested some type of proof of their order and got nothing from them. They seem to be a e commerce drop shipping store, yet they did not place our order. They provided a fake tracking number stating that it will become active once it reaches the US. This has not been the case. They cannot provide proof that they placed the order. Their site shows nothing has happened with our order but they easily can take our money.

Their phone no longer works and is disconnected. They respond with automated responses to everyones comments on FB and Instagram. They respond this way to my emails.

They seem to have scammed many people yet they are still around.

I purchased the Chunky Knit Blanket from Loosely two months ago in grey. I was very excited about the purchase. It took over a month to receive blanket, and when I did the quality was noticeably different that what was portrayed on their site and in social media. The yarn from the blanket was pulling apart and the blanket itself did not have finished edges. Additionally, the color was not grey, as I selected, but a powder blue. When I reached out to customer service, they asked me to send pictures. I did and they never responded. I followed up and they still did not respond. When I requested to return the item, they directed me to their factory in China and said they were not responsible for shipping fees. So the cost to internationally ship a blanket to China would be more than the blanket cost me itself. If this isn't a scam, I don't know what is. You allow returns, but then take zero responsibility for them and make it costly and impossible to do so.

I "purchased" a item in the beginning of December. It was to be delivered before Christmas, but still has not arrived. The phone numbers are disconnected and change, and when I email, I get a generic email saying the item has shipped, but will not tell me where from, how it was shipped or any tracking info. They tell me to track it on their website which tells me that it has not yet shipped and they are getting it ready. I just looked to see if others were having issues and I have found hundreds of complaints. Some people never received the item, others receive items that do not match what they ordered.

After waiting for a month and emailing them they finally sent me a blanket which was the wrong size. It had no invoice, tags plus the quality was very poor. There were broken strands. You can’t get through there phone line and you can’t get them to return your emails

"Extreme Chunky Knitted Blanket" arrived NOTHING like what was advertised on their Instagram. What arrived was a tiny, small towel-sized rag that looked nothing like what was shown in the photo here: https://www.looselystore.com/products/ultra-cozy-knitted-blanket?variant=2575116... - the item that arrived does not resemble a blanket at all.

After receiving the sub-par item, I have done a ton of research and have learned that this company is renowned for providing poor quality items and defrauding customers in many, many cases.

Loosely should be shut down immediately. They cannot continue to conduct business if this is the level of quality and the type of false advertising and misdirection that they have been known to continue using.

I had made an order online, site looked legit but my mistake. It's not! I had recieved confirmation email but no tracking number. they make it seem like they are going to send you the item but don't! I haven't been able to reach them. I then went online to see reviews, and realized I wasn't the only one who fell for this. I was hoping to give my items as gifts for Christmas but they never came and I'm out almost 200$. I just want no one else to see this site and think it's legit and good because it's not it's a scam. The reviews the site misleads the consumer into thinking it's a different product then it is by the sounds of other people who have recieved there items. I still have not recieved anything One month later

I ordered a blanket on November 25, and on November 27 received a confirmation email that said I will notified when my blanket had shipped, and I would receive it within 12-18 business days. I attempted to call the number on the website, and it is not a real number. Many other people have posted similar complaints online about being charged, and then never receiving their packages.

Loosely “sold” my wife 3 chunky blankets. Told us 12-18 days to get to us. We waited 20+ days. Checked website. Looked like it shipped. Figured it was a Christmas delay. But then we tried calling.. none of the phone numbers worked. Then we went online and big mistake - everyone telling that Loosely is a scam! Hundreds of people scammed. Now we don’t have several presents in time for Christmas. Luckily credit card is disputing charges and we will get money back.
