Went on web site placed order for cigars. Received call to make payment for order. Was told to make payment through Zelle or cash app. I made a zelle payment for $180 to Quenata Stephens. A few days later I call number on website and the same person that took the payment answered the phone. I ask about my order (#566) he tells me in order for them to send out my order I must order another three boxes of cigars. I explain to him that I did not want to do that. I explain to him that I was not comfortable giving this company more money and I have yet to receive my first order. He then tells me to request a refund by going on the website and emailing them, when I tried to email them The email does not exist. The email on the website. I did call back a few days later asking if this is a scam company because the customer service is not so great, the email provided don’t won’t, and on the website, it says you except debit credit card but you only except cash app or Zelle payments and only one person answer the phone. I was told a supervisor will contact me and it’s been almost one month and I have yet to receive a call back my order or my money back. I reported the company to Wells Fargo bank which I made the Zelle payment through so that they too can be aware that this is a fraudulent company.
