I ordered two products from Loop-Master on Nov. 26, 2019. Today is March 3, 2021. I have not received the product in over13 months. I have pursued my order with loopmaster via countless emails, phone calls. Loopmaster provides canned return emails indicating that my product is in wiring/testing/shipping. But beware, they are not in any indicated status. Countless complaints indicate many many people are involved in the same scam as me. They take your money up front, indicate on their site rules that "Orders cannot be canceled" so we lose. We all lose. But alas, I am hoping and believe that my CC company will get my money back. I was more than civil, patient and understanding in all of my correspondence, however, I expect to receive what I pay for.
