This business claims when you walk in to be the best. They took roughly 450$ worth of my money and I was left with frizzy yellow hair because they did not follow the rules clearly stated on the product. They do not know what they are doing and were rude and abusive to me. They were rude to another another client infront of me when he asked to fix the sides of his hair. They have made a new google account to shield from any negative truthful reviews, which were once there. They have most definetly asked someone to comment a possitive comment saying they are polite and good at doing hair to counteract the comments left by me and others. They were bosy and pushy any time I had asked them to do my hair better, I went several times because they assured me they would fix my hair which was left yellow and frizzy because they put me under the heater with a product thay clearly stated not to use heat. They blammed everything on me, and I had had a friend who did my hair with the same product I enjoyed using and not a single problem. I tried there product the first 2 visits and it was a bad experience as well. They scam people into thinking they have the best service. Someone without there license can do better. They should take courses to improve there skills which are outdated and bad. They were offensive with there tone of voice, comments and energy. Someone needs to corret this. I am sure there are many others who feel ripped off.
