I bought a steampod flat iron (hair tool) from this online website on december 27th and moisturizer, they charged my credit card with $247 dollars. For no reason, they cancelled the order and deleted my account on the website. I had an email that said they will return the money in 3 to 5 days. I contacted them and they said the same thing again. 2 months after, the bank calls me saying that I owed that money. I tell the bank about the refund and they opened a case. They have not confirmed the refund, nor the company would send me a confirmation of the cancellation or refund they made or ANY information. I call to customer service and they say they will reply via email, and nothing happens. It's been 5 months.
