We contacted this company to purchase a Propane tank. He required 50% upfront via wire transfer. After the wire transfer, we have tried on multiple occasions to contact him to coordinate pickup. He has completely blocked our calls. Upon further investigations the addresses he has on file do not belong to his company. They belong to legitimate businesses who have their addresses used without their consent. The person we forwarded money to was Desmond Okpu. Please see the attached files.
