Rude

Paid my enrollment fee. I received an email they needed more documents. I called left a message 3 times. She calls me back. She was rather rude. I fax in my husband's income that I already sent them. I call to see if they received it. They were rude again. Talked to the manager. And yes I was not happy.she gives a 4 minute lecture on my attitude and I should listen. She still gave no answer about my papers. They are short handed in office.NOT MY FAULT. I truly beleive they just take your money. They don't care. No customer care.
