"Tracy" called me twice in 2 minutes, left message. Called my brother, left message. Claimed to be attorney office trying to deliver legal papers. I called back, was a third party collection agency. Purchased a paid off credit card from 19 years ago and said they were going to file judgement against me. I asked the name of the agency, woman said "London Clark Associates". I search ScamPulse.com and then google, told her I couldn't find any trace online. Wanted to know where to send my complaint. She put me on hold for very long time.... then hung up. I called back repeatedly and they refused to talk to me again.
