On June 17, 2021 I received a product that I definitely did NOT order. Instead of receiving a countertop compost/recycling bin with the capacity to turn leftover food and such into compost, I received a tiny white “desk top trash can” that is just a small plastic trash receptacle (not worth more that $1.00). I paid $45.00 for this product.

I’ve sent several requests for a full refund and they have offered 5 US dollars instead.

They are misrepresenting themselves and their product and I don’t want anyone else to get ripped off.
