A person who did not give their name and the name of their company said they were contacting me about an unpaid debt from 2010 from some bank I'd never heard of before in Colbert County. They wanted to give me notice before I was served with papers saying that I had committed fraud. They did not read me the debtors Miranda rights.

I disputed the debt. they threatened me and said if I didn't take care of it- I would be sued. I tried to ask more questions but they hung up on me.

Tried to call them back to get more information a lady named Samantha hung up on me when I asked her company name.
