Purchase of a 10 month Cavapoo puppy for $600. $150 for transport of puppy to Maryland resident. Total of $750 sent by Zelle to business phone number. After payment rendered, received email from the transportation service: Bolt Shipping Express Agency, confirming address for pet relocation, requiring $1,500 for partial life insurance for pet in advance of transporting to be reimbursed upon receipt of puppy. Puppy farm never informed me of this in advance. Claim that they would have to pay the same to retrieve puppy and refuse to reimburse for purchase. Puppy selection photo and name remains on website as available for purchase.
