I saw the ad on google social media, you tube and facebook. I ordered sandals advertised as Wedge Orthopedic Sandals. The picture shows arch support and leather straps. The product I received was made with cheap vinyl straps and no arch at all in the very thin soles. I paid $43.99. Disappointed, I realized that I had been scammed. There was no receipt in the in the package, and no company name on the package label. When I checked the website for return policy, there were many restrictions on what could not be returned and if you did return it they would inspect the item first, then send an e-mail stating whether they accept or decline a refund. The only contact information was an e-mail address. They made the return process such a hassle it's not worth the effort and not likely to be reconciled.
