SAME exact thing happened to me. Future customers BEWARE...total SCAM. Numerous emails sent (with pics attached) & have thus far been completely ignored. Ordered the Nugget Ice Maker...received a single plastic ice tray...guess that's my "ice maker." SHAME on them. Upon placing my order, website advertised coming from UK...actually comes from CHINA. Should've known at that point that it'd be a total SCAM. Only thing that comes from China is cheap products, lead paint, & COVID. Please avoid ordering ANY products from this FRAUDULENT company. Best of luck in your attempts to receive a REFUND for what is due to us. BUYERS BEWARE!

Purchased a countertop ice maker and they sent an ice tray! Trying to only refund me $6, when I spent $33 which included shipping! They are scammers! I posted a photo of what I ordered and one of the tray they sent me.

What they advertise and what they ship are completely different. I was charged $32 for an ice cube tray I could have gotten at the dollar store. On the website it clearly states “as pictured” and the product information was for what was pictured. I am certain that the ice cube tray I received was not 44 lbs. I just don’t want anyone else to have this happen to them.

I bought something from a facebook ad......actually 3 things. I paid for what I ordered (6/11/2021) by credit card and I got a box on 7/1/2021. There was 3 items in the box but not what I ordered. I tried to contact them but I was only given an email. I tried to email them...but so far I didn't hear from them. I have copies of the numerous emails I sent them. They don't have a phone number. And they are very tricky....the email that they want us to use kept coming back to me. We found out they put a space BEFORE the email address.

I mailed back the box to the return warehouse on 7/3/2021.

I also have video and more pictures but I was limited to 2 MB
