This company was supposed to give me an editable logo. We went back and forth discussing what we wanted for about two weeks. Finally, they charged me $125 and NEVER gave me the editable logo I had requested. I had asked to speak with the person I was working with online. To my surprise I got an odd call from a person by a different name and had a very heavy accent with noise of children in the background. When I asked for the person I had been working with, the person was caught off guard and said oh okay he is out sick but I will help and he just seemed so uncomfortable with all the questions I was asking. Completely disappointed.

They have a business website where if you want information regarding building a website or logo you put your email address and telephone number. they text you with an offer. They will then email you about their services. After you select a package you work with them but they don’t seem to fully know what they are doing as you have to hand hold and literally do the design yourself for them to still not understand simple instructions. The website claims it’s a money back guarantee yet they won’t respond. They went so far as to shut down my website on Wix and my personal email address causing me to lose money and business. It was intentional.
