Mark from logo synery at first was ok really good. Once I paid 35 dollars he said he would start a stationary. Which was good but then came a website and a copyright that's were it all changed I paid 275 dollars for a copyright he said it was processed and I paid for it once paid have not heard from him since except for pressuring me about a website that I continue to say no once I said no like I dint know 100 times that was it he was gone not saying don't go to this company but it is kinda fishy.

From Logo Synergy, You get a nice logo... but after you make your descision they ask you to charge for copyright. You cannot use your logo or recieve finalized files. Defenitly not a fair company to work with. I will do my best to get my comment everywere that company is mentioned!

I fell for it! I spoke to someone online because I wanted to get someone to professionally cleanup the logo I made for our company. I paid $140 for two versions, a clean color and an outline only version. 48 hrs later, I get 6 new logos, and not the one I asked for. I sent back what I wanted and after a few tries, get a watered down version of what I sent them...nothing good. Then, I’m told I need to pay $230 to buy the rights to MY logo. That’s why I paid $140! It’s a game. They are constantly trying to make you pay for something else..New website, business cards, stationary, etc. I should have read all of these reviews before. I didn’t see the red flags until it was too late.

Omg I literally began filling out their online inquiry. I had not yet submitted when shortly i was contacted by text asking me if i was so n do. Bottom line they offered me a disc logo pkg n provided info on trademarking with their in house attorney etc. i declined that part n was about to pay via link they sent me until my guy told me to google their co name reviews and came across this! Thank you thank you! I will be ignoring them n forwarding this so people are aware as well.

They tried to charge me for a logo and copyrights "documents" This company is a scam from a to z, do not give them your financial information, they claim to be a fortune 500 with nowhere to back it up, their instagram page has 9 followers for a company that has 10+ year in the market

I have worked with Logo Synergy for two consecutive projects. The thing I liked the most about them is that they considered my business needs and made logos exactly like I had imagined. They were also extremely hands on and gave me adequate time to explain them about my business. Jeremy asked me a number of questions to thoroughly gain an understanding of my brand and what it stands for. They gave me suggestions based on my branding needs and included me in every step of the process. This is something I admired because none of the other service providers invested time in developing an insight into my business which is why it had become my main point of concern. I didn’t want to create a generic logo, I wanted something that would truly represent my brand and Logo Synergy did that for me.
I was very confused initially as I am a very picky person when it comes to design. It is very difficult for me to be satisfied with the work, I had tried several online services before but I was utterly disappointed by them. However, I found Logo Synergy to be extremely patient with me. They revised all the changes I made and kept me in loop during the whole designing process. It was a pleasure to work with Jeremy, who listened to all my concerns regarding the project and assured me that my requirements will be met. Not only all my requirements were met but I found the work to be exceptional. It exceeded my expectations. I was very skeptical at first about buying online services but I am so glad that I did. Jeremy has been very cooperative with me this whole time. I called him at 10:00 am, Thursday, July 12, 2020 and he told me that my project will be delivered on Tuesday, July 16, 2020 but I received the order before the expected date on Monday, July 15, 2020. I was elated by the final product and I absolutely loved the design. I think it is the best decision I have ever made. Seeing their excellent services, I assigned them another project. It didn’t go quite as expected as I made lots of changes and kept on revising the logos as I wasn’t quite sure about what I wanted. Nothing was sitting right with me, so I called Jeremy around 5:20 pm and ranted because maybe I was just going through a bad day. It wasn’t his fault but he still listened to me and calmed me down. He also suggested a few options we could work with and it gave me some direction. I approved a few designs and gave them a heads up to start working. Finally, when I received the logos, I didn’t need them anymore as my business partner got them done from someone else. I called Jeremy again and explained the whole situation. He was kind enough to provide me a refund. Within 5 days, I received the refund and I couldn’t thank him enough for it. It saved me from getting into a major conflict with my business partner. Overall, I loved my experience with Logo Synergy; it was the best purchase I’ve made in a while. They are extremely professional and considerate about their clients’ needs. I will definitely recommend them for logo design services.

This is my second logo I've purchased from Logo Synergy, and once again, they have exceeded expectations. Admittedly, I was hesitant at first when I was searching online for someone to design a logo. There are a lot of companies out there, and the process of deciding on which one to work with was a gamble. What led me to this company, was actually the limited number of designers, yet unlimited revisions. Was price a factor? Sure was. Even though they had a very competitive price (even lower than many others) you definitely won't sacrifice quality when working with Logo Synergy. Even if you're not exactly specific on your revisions, they seem to know how to fill in the blanks. If I'm ever in the market for a third logo, I know exactly where I'll go again.

On Monday June 8, 2020, I contacted the company Logo Synergy online in reference to their logo design services. I was immediately contacted by phone. After speaking with a representative, I decided to use them for my company's logo design needs. I was advised that a Project Manager would contact me later that day. I was contacted via phone and additional information was requested to assist with my company's logo design / website building services. However, there were several red flags during my second phone call. The Project Manager stated they were really sick at the time, they were not tech savvy (building my website), and they also asked whether or not a Trademark application had already been filed in reference to my Company. Initially, the Trademark question did not seem odd due to me paying for them to copyright a logo that I would have 100% ownership of once agreed upon. However, it was odd that a project manager would tell a new client that they are sick, they aren't tech savy, and would start asking questions about whether or not they are single. I remained cordial and decided to research Logo Synergy further that night. I checked BBB.org's website for possible complaints in reference to this company because their website stated they were accredited by the BBB.org and Trusted by Fortune 500. My research discovered Logo Synergy is not accredited by ScamPulse.com and was making false claims. My bank statement listed Dallas, Texas as their location, yet their website listed California on their map with the same address listed on BBB.org. I checked the California Secretary of State's website and Texas Secretary of State's website and did not find a business license for Logo Synergy. It's possible they have a license somewhere else and I am not aware of it. I checked several company sites that Logo Synergy claimed to create logos for and none of the businesses used the logos that they allegedly created. I immediately tried to contact Logo Synergy. I spoke with one of their representatives on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 and told them that I wanted to cancel their services and I wanted a refund due to possible shady business practices on their end. The representative stated that had no problem giving me a full refund but an Account Manager would call to speak with me later because they were authorized to approve refunds. I canceled their services at 3:38 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2020. Instead of receiving a phone call from their "Account Manager". On Tuesday, June 9, 2020, a text message was sent to me, an email was sent, and three attempted phone calls were made by Logo Synergy. Instead of canceling my services, Logo Synergy sent me bogus logos that they allegedly created between 3:38 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. They also removed BBB.org and Trusted by Fortune 500 from their company's website after I called them out about it. I emailed Logo Synergy & text them in reference to them trying to be slick and send my company logos after being told their services were not needed and I wanted a refund. They were told, I do not want their logos or services because something isn't right. On Wednesday, June 10, 2020, Zack from Logo Synergy called me in reference to my email and my claims about their company's possible fraudulent activities. He advised me that he had no problem issuing me a refund and his company was not going to run off and shut down their website over a $1,000 because they are legit. The run off and shutting down of their site comments seemed odd. I advised Logo Synergy, I checked and their website was created February 2020 and their was another company with the website syncwebdesigninc.com that used the same phone number as Logo Synergy. I also advised Logo Synergy that I would report their site for registrar abuse, and report them to the California and Texas Secretary of state. Zack seemed very sketchy during our call and I advised him that I was going to start recording it and he gave me his permission to do so (around 12:57 p.m.). Zack kept trying to get me to accept logos that I told him that my company did not want and advised him that his company submitted after I already cancelled. He stated I could keep them and trademark them if I want because their company's reputation is on the line. I was adamant about not wanting them and my company will not be using them. I told Zack his company lied about being accredited by ScamPulse.com and he stated they didn't lie, they used to be accredited by BBB. I told him that's not what I read. It appears they use a logo design website that anyone can access to create their own logos. The logos images they submitted can be seen all over the internet and have been used by other organizations. I have also seen the same promos in the same color scheme as Logo Synergy on other business websites claiming to be BBB.Org accredited and Trusted by Fortune 500 companies. Their company reviews appear to be fake. They have an extremely small / relatively nonexistent social media presence for a company that is sought after when it comes to designing logos. I advised Zack that I wanted him to put it in writing that my money would be refunded. Zack agreed. Wednesday night, I received an email from Logo Synergy stating that a refund in the amount of $468.00 was being issued. I do not have that alleged refunded amount at this time or any record of it. I paid Logo Synergy, $1,167.00 ($699.00 for E-commerce Website package & $468.00 for Logos + Copyright + Social Media Logo).There appears to be no truth in their advertising. Thursday, June 11, 2020, I emailed Logo Synergy again and told them that I am not canceling disputed charges with my bank until my money is return in full and I am also making others aware of their shady business practices. Please stay away from this company. Use at your own risk
