I was searching for a professional graphic designer and website builder online. A representative from Logo Cravings tracked my contact number and reached out to present their services. Everything seemed legit over the phone and after visiting their company website. First take away is every representative or member of staff I've dealt with has this very strong accent from somewhere near Asia (India) to be exact. But claimed that business is located in Anaheim, CA. I ended up trusting to do business with this company in building and e-commerce website, which never completed to my continuous revisions. About a week into our business engagement the very first representative introduced to another representative that goes by the name Jack Roberts. He is supposedly the Marketing VP of the company Logo Cravings so he said. Jack Roberts has a tendency to make offers to reel in more $$$ for other products he can't seemed to fulfill and yet our first project of building a website have yet to start. Long story short he ended up with approximately $13K in advance payments for products and services he never delivered. But he sweared up and down he have contacts and connections that can fulfill services and products for our business. Definitely my fault for trusting a stranger I never met but thru phone and chat communication thru WHATSAPP. Engagement is going 2 months and nothing delivered this Jack ******* individual kept coming up with more and more excuses. It was then I've realized I became a victim of fraud and was prompted to back out and dispute all charges with my financial institution. Boy he did not see it coming, he reached out and advised that I undo all the disputes and he will make things right. Too late, moral of the story never trust anyone who do not know or have met. If you can do business locally not over the phone. He may have gotten away with $$$$ with others but this is to raise awareness about the scam this unknown individual name JACK ROBERTS of Logo Craving is engaged in. He may have many other identities. I'd say just don't do business with them at all.
