Called this company and was told to download their software, due to a modem not working. They informed me that I had 25 remote connections and that I needed to pay them 199.99 to remove all the Trojans and malware that was infected on my computer. When I refused, disconnected them and ran a scan on my computer there was no problems detected. I contacted the modem company (netgear) and had no issues with my computer or my new modem. These people spoke in broken English and just tried to steal money.
