I received a pop up message on my computer advising me to call 18886417086. When i called the number the individual that answered was pushy attempting to get access to my computer i attempted to get company information and he was unable to fully answer my questions, he continually repeated he needed control of my computer. i asked for his supervisor he refused to transfer me was very rude raised his voice and hung up on me. I called back and supposedly was transferred to a supervisor but it sounded like the same individual, he was rude told me to stop blaming people, I informed him if he is in customer service he should be able to provide information about the company. The individual i was on the phone with said he wasn't in customer service, I advised him well i would be a customer so some type of professionalism is needed. He got angry and started raising his voice, I advised him i would be reporting to the BBB to be investigated because they are attempting to get money from people and gain access to their computers.
