LOGISTICARE very misleading. LOGISTICARE misleads small business owners. Small businesses WILL never grow using LOGISTICARE. They tell you promote your business and when you bring in NEW PASSENGERS they are given to bigger companies. Before we came aboard LOGISTICARE stated they were only accepting shuttle bus WITH wheelchair lifts. We purchased it and it's been a year we may have had 5 passengers at once. NEVER UTILIZED our vehicle. When we complain we were told to promote. We do so and logisticare gave our passenger to bigger companies. When we confronted LOGISTICARE. That stated we cant guarantee passengers. In one day we lost 9 passengers. We register 10 passengers. Only to get 1. Your business will Not grow under LOGISTICARE. Out of ten many were left @ the doctors office or not pickup from home. We secured a site for substance abuse. Passengers have relapse because of miss appointments. LOGISTICARE refuses to release our passenger. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM
