I ordered a Tom Petty face mask on 8/11/20 for my nephew for his birthday. The shipping time frame was 15-17 days. The mask didn't arrive, so I emailed the company a month later. They responded timely that my order had been shipped and sent the USPS tracking link. I emailed the company 2 weeks later to state the status of my package had not changed on the USPS website. The company responded that they would look into this with the post office and get back to me. I never heard back so I emailed them again and have had no response. The USPS link ended up to be fake as it still states, 2 months later, that the package is on its way to the post office. It looks very legit though. I had a bad feeling once my payment went through and I was notified it went to Trieu Minh Dai. I have tried calling the number listed but no answer. The website is still up and running.
