Local search has not improved my business at all, and when asking them questions about what they do for me the woman did not know BASIC SEO terms. They do NOT help your business and charge you $500 for SEO which is outrageous. Cannot cancel subscription because they don't answer you. BEWARE THIS COMPANY

This company is a complete scam. I wouldn't be surprised if their employees wrote all of the positive reviews you find on the internet themselves. Not only are the services provided practically useless, but if you try to speak with them about making corrections or being dissatisfied, they will completely ignore you. They have twice scheduled calls with me to discuss my account. Both times, they just didn't show up for the call. They wasted my time and money. Now I am having a hard time canceling the service. STAY AWAY or PAY FOREVER!

having the same issue, after paying them thousands over years we realized they aren't doing anything for us and cannot cancel because they don't answer phone or emails. were you able to cancel?

DO NOT USE! BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD EVEN AFTER CANCELLING, AND TRY TO MAKE YOU SIGN DOCUMENTS THAT WERE NEVER DISCLOSED IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. Almost a year after cancelling, this company continues to charge my credit card and refuses to cease. Their excuse is that I would not sign THEIR documents that says they would back bill me for services AFTER I CANCELLED. This amounts to almost $3000 they are trying to charge me after I cancelled. These "cancellation documents" were not disclosed until I was forced to talk to one of the owners who was the "only person that could process my cancellation." They sucker you in, and then will not cancel your account when requested EVEN WITH A MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT. Buyer beware. Also, their product is bologna, and you will never be on top of the rankings with this company. They will promise you "top rankings" but it is bull****. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I agreed to a 1 year contract w/ them. They were suppose to improve my SEO. They charged me $497/monthly and an initial startup fee. I have contact them several times to cancel and they keep on saying that I have to talk to the owner to cancel and no o e else has that power! This has been going on for the last 4 months.I wished to cancel because there was very poor performance. They pry on dentists who do t have knowledge of SEO’s. Don’t fall for the scam.

I agreed to a 1 yr contract w/ the understanding they would improve my SEO charging me $497/mo in addition to initial startup fee. After 1 yr I informed them ,Giving them 60 days notice, I wished to cancel because there was very poor performance. They have now reached out to me almost 2 yrs since I cancelled claiming I owe them over $2,000 and threatening to send me to collections.

After the initial setup the company did very little to improve my optimization.  I know because I hired another company that does the same thing to check up on them. Every month sending me reports of how they were helping me. Continually trying to upgrade their service that wasn't really working. They prey on dentist's lack of knowledge of SEO and do very little after the initial setup to improve your position in google searches. Then charging you $497 in a month to month contract that they make difficult to impossible to break. Sign a 5 page dissolution document and give up all your rights, then pay them another $497 for two more months so that they can get another Thousand dollars for doing absolutely nothing
