We called this local locksmith service and they came and unlocked our front door. On the website it says the price starts at 14 dollars and went up to 69 dollars. When they were done they had us sign the receipt but they folded it over so we could not see the invoice amount. Then they folded the receipt and stapled it in half. We didn't think anything of it at the time. When they ran the card and it ended up costing 568 dollars. We tried calling customer service over and over but there was no answer. We called the "New Service" number many times and the guy answered but he would not tell us what all the charges were for. He kept hanging up on us. This is a scam.

Needed a locksmith, called and received a quote of $14 plus approx $40 to unlock a door. After the service, which took about two minutes, we were handed a bill for $404. Charges were itemized times 2...only 1 door knob unlocked. Those charges also included tools and services that should not have been charged for, it's a part of their service! A reputable locksmith does not charge $200 for a pick tool and WD-40! When calling them back to resolve the incorrect charges, we've been told to call back several times. They are extremely rude and will not deal with this incident at all! I was told to "stop talking and start listening" to him when I was asking why I needed to call him back in 6 days for help.

Paul contacted me and informed me that my quote was $110.00 and would be at my house within 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to find out he wouldn't be coming for two more hours. I waited again and when he arrived at my house I opened the garage and he apologized for the wait and told me that he would be only charging me for the key and the programming of my car. I said ok sounds great. He then handed me an invoice to sign so that he could start working on the car and the total was $280.00. I said I am not signing this because you told me it would only be $110.00. He then told me that he could drop the price to $200.00 if I wanted. I said no, I have another locksmith that will do it for $185.00 I am not going to pay you $280.00. He then told me he would have to charge me a cancellation fee since I do not agree to the prices (mind you I never signed anything nor did he EVER tell me there was a cancellation fee). I told him no i refuse to pay you anything and I asked him to exit my garage. He refused to leave my garage and stood in my way calling me a psychotic bitch. I told him I was going to call the police if he doesn't leave and he proceeded to call me absurd names. Meanwhile I have my husband on the phone and he hears everything as this guy is refusing to leave. I ask Paul again to exit my garage but this time I told him he had 3 seconds to leave or I was calling the police. He proceeded to tell me I am a crazy bitch and then sat outside my house for an additional 20 minutes. I shut my garage and immediately called their customer service desk back just to find out that he already called his boss and told him that the reason we refused his services was because we were racist. Interesting how the story gets relayed back to his boss as we were racist. His boss refused to provide me his name so that I could report them and hung up on me.

We locked our keys in the car and called this guy to unlock our car and we were charged 6 times more then what the guy quoted us on the phone.
