Local City Pages have called me consistently to say I owe $429.99 and that I authorized a service. I have told them repeatedly that services have not been authorized and I would like a record of who authorized it. They say have a recording but they will have to have someone else call back after it has been located. No one calls back, they wait a couple months and then they try to collect again. They will also have a collection agency call, today I had Michael call, said he was calling on behalf of local online marketing. Said the amount owed this time was $495, and said I told him back in March that I would work with the company to solve the matter. I do recall that. And I sent a payment to silence them. On the check I wrote in bold letters to CANCEL SERVICES. The check cleared the bank in April 2017. Now they are calling again saying they have not been paid.
