This company is double-dipping they repo and say you owe them and that they couldn't pick it up from the tow yard acting like they can't take it out because there is a hold on it pretending they can't resale to then turn around and resale it and say you still owe for the whole amount instead of the difference that is still owed because they did resale it. So they are trying to say I owe the whole amount while they are also getting the whole amount from the new owners as well.

I received a formal letter requesting a correct account number for a recent payment. I made no such payment. I called and they claimed that we paid via Western Union but they cannot find the corresponding account number. I have not used Western Union in many years. They claimed maybe someone paid it on my behalf or that I made the payment for someone else and the payment was for a car loan. We do not have a car loan and have never had a car loan totaling the amount they claim we attempted to pay. We also do not pay for other people's loan. The conversation was strange and uncomfortable. The Customer Service representative, Gina, was nice but in my opinion rehearsed.
