I keep receiving multiple phone calls per day from a female caller referring to herself as Jessica. The calls come from various numbers and the same callback number is given as 877-867-5139. The number from which the call is coming, and the callback number are both out of service. On average, I receive 6 to 8 phone calls per day from this number. No company is identified the caller only states “loan processing center” and provides a loan application number as AHZ34578. I have not applied for any kind of loan. I can’t continue to block the caller because they just call from a different number. I see on your website there have been multiple complaints. Please do something.

Just like the previous person that reported this--I have not answered the calls and I block the number each time, however, the person continues to call from a different number and leaves a voicemail every time. "this is Jessica again from your loan processing team" and leaves a callback number of 877.867.5139. The phishing lines that the calls come from varies. On Friday, January 17 at 6:50pm est, the phone number was 270.751.8356 from Columbia, KY according to my caller id. I have received this call at least seven or eight times, just about everyday for over a week. The most recent (Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 12:06pm est) was from 385.378.0077 in Murray, UT (again, according to my caller id) and this one was more persuasive than the others--asking me to call back even if I have changed my mind, it would be ideal "if we could finalize this before 5pm pacific time TODAY and "to please mention your application id AHZ3**** ......how do i make this stop??
