A Chelsey leaves a message to call 866-229-6455 regarding student loan forgiveness. Representative Leilah rude, asking for my student loan processor, told me shes there to help me??? Was rude, when I said they should have my information. Asked for Manager and she hung up. Called the number back, and she said why am I calling back and hung up. Called again and got agent Courtney who also rude and told me to listen. Told her to give me her manager did not want to and began to tell me how I should be speaking. I hung up the phone and Courtney from fictitous company called me back from a different number 949-204-1045.
