Received an email claiming to be from Norton. Call to tell them I did not make this purchase gave them. I only have the reference number and they said they pulled up the information. Tried to get me to go on a laptop and basically let them take over my computer in order to get a refund I told him I did not have a refund coming because I never made a purchased. Ask them for the last four numbers of the car that was used to purchase. This would not give me that told him I was contacting the Better Business Bureau.
