No Order Number and No Order

I ordered a NeoPixel Light Saber for my grandson on December 6, I received a confirmation email with instructions to use the Shop app that requires an order number that I didn't receive. So I had no way to track it. My credit card was charged $64.99 on December 6. I sent an email to Lyla and got no response. I tried the 800 number and sales messages were recorded. There was no way to speak to anyone. I also entered a note on their website. It stated that letters would be answered within 24 to 48 hours. That hasn't been my experience. Is this a scam? Does anyone ever receive their merchandise?

I ordered from this website via a link on Instagram, they received my money, sent a text verifying my order had been received and would send a text when my order has shipped, also received an email with the same info verifying my order had been received. I immediately started receiving emails from "Lyla" who claimed she was one of the owners of loadedcrate asking me why I didn't finish my purchase and how she could help. I initially ignored it, however I should not have since I have repeatedly tried to contact this company and gotten no response from them at all. It has been well over a month since I placed my order, received ZERO shipping/tracking info, ZERO response from them, Shop will not step in to help resolve the issue, and I finally gave in and tried to call the "800" number at the bottom of loadedcrates website. The first time I called I was transferred to a life alert company for a "special offer" and ended up having to hang up because the lady wasn't even listening to the fact that I was not calling for this and don't know why I was transferred to them, the second call was for some kind of sexual solicitation. I have written the company one last time to inform them that I want my order cancelled but I don't think that I will get a response or even seem the money I spent trying to surprise my husband with something special for Christmas. If it seems to good to be true, then it probably is, be warned.

I ordered from this website that was on instagram they received my money sent me a text that they received my order and gave me an order number and stated that they would send a text when it ships, it has been a month now and I have not received the merchandise, they have not responded to no emails that I have sent, I tried calling the number the first time was for a code alert the next time it was a sexual innuendo and solicitation.
