I was told I owed $299.99 for my computer update. I replied I did not order anything. He said in order to get my refund... I cut person off saying I did not purchase any computer update from Pennsylvania. I was then threatened that I would have to pay anyway. I replied I would contact the Better Business Bureau and he got snotty and said go ahead and do whatever you want, you still have to pay and hung up. I have no idea what he was even talking about, but am seriously tired of all of the telemarketing and threatening phone calls.
