Ordered 2 rings on line that appeared to be quality rings, it took over a month to receive them. Once received, one was already bent out of shape & about to break. They other also has an area that appears will crack easily & break(weak spot). The material is very poor quality for the cost of the rings. I tried one email on the website that I received a delivery failure notice that it was disabled. Did find another email address & have tried numerous times to get an address to return the rings for a refund. The website says no extra cost, but an email I received stated I would have to pay shipping to return the rings, which they say would be expensive. Still never got a return address. All of the email communications have been very strange & impersonal & not really addressing my issues. There is no address or phone number on the website.
