Hi, I ordered a drawstring makeup bag from the Llooply store via a promoted Instagram post on 5/6/2018. I understand mass-marketed products from social media sites easily go on back order as they are usually smaller start up shops with not enough inventory. However after looking back to see when I placed the order on 6/26/2018, I thought it odd that it had not even been shipped or an email sent explaining the delay. I then tried to contact them via the chat on their site and got no response. This led me to investigate further and notice that they had not posted anything on social media since early May. Their facebook is also flooded with angry users who purchased products on their shop as well and never received them. They still have 2 products up on their website that are still purchasable and their website even has the guaranteed safe checkout stamp by Norton, McAfee, TrustE, Visa, Paypal & Amex... this is obviously FAKE. Thankfully I paid through paypal so I do not have to worry about my credit card numbers being stolen and have purchase protection. I am an avid buyer of social media products and have NEVER had a problem before this. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a product from this company on April 3rd. My card was charged and nothing has been sent. They do not respond to online chats or email.
