I ordered a dress from the site llella.com and it did not fit me. I emailed their customer service so I could return it and they advised that their return policy does not allow them to pay for return shipping if the item does not fit. Please note below:

"Return & Refund Policy:

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight."

The problem with this is that they are in Suzhou, China and all shipping methods range from $240 - $253 USD. The dress itself was $160 USD and it does not make sense to send back a dress to receive a refund of $160. The difference of the shipping would then leave me losing money at a -$93.00 difference. I would want any future patrons of this site to be well aware and warned of this scam. It is not right that they do this to anyone.
