I purchased a product and have not received any email about tracking or receipt. Several others have had an issue with this company and they need to be shut down!

Bought a Nightmare Before Christmas candle holder set from the business. Got a confirmation email for my purchase. Waited over 2 weeks, tried calling the company and the number is a lady that has a voicemail stating she is not the company and you got scammed. I tried emailing them and it got returned undeliverable

This was an online purchase on fb ,the company was LLareata. They advertised sunflower seat covers for cars, I ordered them, then received an email from them, thanking for my order which I placed on 07/13/19.

I checked my banking account the next and noticed a charge for a currency conversion fee, I tried to call them with the number that they have on their web site, which wasn't their number, I tried several times to reach them through that number, but instead got a voice mail re cording stating that this individual is not affiliated with any online selling companies, then I emailed them several times , was unable to send because that email didn't exist. They took out my money 36.98 plus the currency conversion fee of .67 cents. I still haven't received my order , I believe this must have been a scam, because there is no way to reach them
