We put a deposit down for a Japanese chin and my husband flew from Texas to north Dakota to find out it was a scam.

The individual also replied to me with another website, I was originally contacting HandBfarms.com for Japanese chin puppies and ended up being replied to with another link https://macuschin.multiscreensite.com/available-kittens. He told me to fill out contract which also did not match his name Gilnut Sunte, the signature on contract from seller was a literal mirror imaged reverse of a Jose A signature (backwards pasted). I asked them to call me to discuss details, and after he texted ignoring my request for video and FaceTime of the animal, he sent the same pics again on the website.
because of these reports and my suspicions, my family narrowly avoided being taken by this sick person.

My husband and I attempted to purchase a balinese kitten from this scam company. Do not buy from Liyan Farm! We lost $1600 for the fee of the cat and the "flight insurance fee". Looking back there were so many red flags, but we really wanted the kitten so we went through with it... the transactions were through cash app. Does anyone know how to get this money back?

Well Libyan farm almost go me for $1880 thank his that my daughter look into it was same thing as the other complaint what they did wrong they put the wrong names on the contract and when I question it he said never had kittens by that name so I copy n paste where is said it on the contract he want me to go to Wells Fargo he would give me account n pin to send him the money so disappointing that e we hVe people like this

I'm so happy I did my research before sending this guy my money. I also contacted liyan farm.com in hopes of getting a Balinese kitten. He responded to my email within seconds. Which I thought was odd. Then he sent me another website address hens.multiscreensite.com which was another red flag . Thanks to all who reported this scam website so that others don't get scammed.

Same here! Email from Macus Lenot with a different link of the kittens available. I found it strange that they were the only website I found selling kittens that would ship them. So glad I found this website!

They so called sold me a kitten named Nasy. He had me deposit $800 for the cat and $100 for delivery. I had to deposit it through a Wells Fargo ATM. Acess code 31568147 and pin number 0215. He told me he was shipping the cat out the next day. I received an email from Star Pet delivery was the carrier. A couple days later I received an email stating that I needed another $985 sent Money Gram for insurance. I was told I would get the refund when I got the the cat the next day. No cat No call. Tried 27 times and no answer. I was an [censored].

I searched online for Balinese kittens and found liyanfarm.com that had several pictures of Balinese kittens available for sale. I contacted them to ask how much they were etc. I was responded by a Lucas Henry at [email protected] that they had a 10 week old female available. We engaged back and forth in email with him explaining how their kittens are well cared for and what the terms of sale were etc. I asked many questions as well. He drew up a sales contract. I began to search online to verify the business or his person or the address. Anything I could to make sure it was legit. But then I came across two websites (this one included) with the very same exchange reported by the others as a scam. Luckily, before I sent any money that in the contract states to send 100% up front.

Early in the week of April 27, 2020. I performed a Web search of Balinese Kittens for sale. The first Ad was for Liyan Farm, url www.liyanfarm.com. After reviewing their website, I clicked on their page "contact us". A Lucas Miller at [email protected] engaged in communication regarding the details of the kittens including a pick up address which corresponsds with the website. He also offered shipping services and requested $800 for kitten plus $100 for shipping to be paid via Zelle since he has wells fargo. On 4/28/2020 we decided to proceed. When i clarified my bank didn't participate he asked "if i lived near a wells fargo atm." i declined and he asked if i could "apple pay" at (470) 370-6001. We proceeded to apple pay $650 and zelle to a [email protected] (which asked if we knew 'gavin') an additional $250 through my sons roommates Zelle account. We then received a signed elaborate contract, which stated Lucas Miller was the seller, a US american citizen with passport number ********* *** ********* ******* ** *** ** ******** ** *****. Once the contract was signed we were told he'd arrange shipping the next day. By noon of April 29, 2020 i contacted Lucas again via email again since i had heard nothing. He emailed me stating "he was done with registration and the courier company should have emailed the tracking info." I did receive an email from [email protected] of Www.unionshippingsystems.com 925-238-2136 of 34 Exchange St, Portland Maine. They provided tracking number USS510214832017027. When the number was submitted into the tracking portal it clearly showed detailed information of "The Wings of Your Pets" Mr Jackson Payne Manager providing transport of said Kitten, papers, toys, blanket arriving on 4/30/20 at 6:10pm. Today at near 1pm we received an email from shipping company stating the Pet Control Dept of the US Branch if the SPCA commission required an Insurance Certificate in the amount of $985, to be western unioned in order for them to continue the shipping process. (Below is the details of where/what they requested)

"You will have send the money via Western Union Money Transfer to our cashiers info below.

Name : Jussie Micah

Amount: $985

Address: **** ***** *** ******** ** *****

Note that the $985 will be refunded back to you upon delivery of your kitten.As soon as you send the money, take a picture of the payment or send us the confirmation number. We hope this issue will be resolved within the shortest possible time to avoid this kitten from missing the Flight programmed time." We attempted to contact Mr Lucas Miller and the shipping company and it went directly to voicemail. I emailed as well. We proceeded to contact our financial institutions and apple pay to report fraud. And now are reporting to the required agencies to prevent others from falling prey to this Pet Scam.

I was hoping to purchase a kitten online. I found Liyan Farms and through email coordinated a purchase. Everything seemed ok until we received an email from the fraudulent shipping company "Union Shipping Systems". Their email demanded an additional $985 to insure the kitten.

I contacted the seller by email, he said, "I forgot to tell you about that".

Then I contacted the shipping company and they said this is normal, but the address furnished is not valid and they have no other addresses. Additionally, the same employee answered twenty minutes later when my husband called.

Both Liyan Farm and Union Shipping Systems are frauds.
