Livxam/Livxam-Hmong Inspired Creations/Livxam-Beautifully Hmong claims to be a legit registered business that sells Hmong traditional outfits, hats, jewelries, and makeup with multiple financing options for customers. Had pre-order two traditional Hmong outfits totaling $1,150.00 back on April 27, 2021. Payment was sent in full through Paypal after confirming all the details of the pre-order. She had promised to deliver the merchandise no longer than 7 months at most. October 28, 2021 (6 months later), I followed up on the order. She had asked me to resend the pictures of the outfits that were pre-ordered so she can check with her oversea vendor in Laos. A whole month goes by, and she never gave me a response. November 30, 2021, I had asked for another update to which she responded that due to a death in her family, she will be unable to respond to messages. December 7, 2021, she finally responded after several messages were left on her FB page from several other victims, myself included that one of two outfit has just the jumping phase and to give her a month or two. On that same day I had asked for a full refund due to false advertisement when money was exchanged for good and services that was never delivered within the initial time frame. She never responded to my messages since. On January 25, 2022, I messaged her on Facebook to settle the issue as professional as possible without ruining her company's image or reputation and to respond by January 31, 2022, or I’ll start seeking legal advice. She constantly makes post on her business and personal page, LISA LEE, but fail to respond and refuses to work and refund her customers. Other individuals are affected by this and are aware of several fake accounts she's made on Facebook to avoid the issues she has caused. I still have not heard back from her and no refund has been made and it has been well over a year. Stay alert, stay away, and beware.
