I researched to purchase a SteadyDoggie Wind spinner. I wanted this one because of look and warrantee "lifetime". What I got was a very damaged box, with holes and was smashed all over. I was able to see inside the box before opening to see if I saw a white box shown as a SteadyDoggie box that the product should of been in. That was not in the damaged box. I could see product wrapped in bubble wrap. I sent pictures to the only way I found I could contact anyone, was in Facebook Messenger. I found two different pages. https://www.facebook.com/Livinggoodsshop-104814911471944/ and https://www.facebook.com/LivingGoodsShop/ This was the only way I could get someone to talk to me about why my package was taking so long to get here, almost a month. This is the one that responded first https://www.facebook.com/LivingGoodsShop/ in messenger. Since I told them they didn't send me what they advertised, they have looked at my message, but have not responded back to me about this. Before this, they were talking to me right away. So, I have sent messages and pictures to both messengers and to the email given with that never a response back to me. I told them today this: You gave me a knock off, I want you to refund my credit card, you scammed me and I am not happy about that. They give a different address on their web page, but if you dig deeper you find a return address that I listed in this form. This is the one on their web page for contact address also: 4902 Romrog Way, LOS ANGELES VT 90001. The person on messenger when I was concerned about getting this actual item said twice: Please don’t worry, if you are not satisfied after receiving the goods, you can refund at any time and keep the goods. I asked for clarification of what was said, this is what was said again: If you are not satisfied after receiving the goods, you can refund at any time and keep the goods. This also says on their web page, if due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. The cups are not oblong, the gems should be round not tear drop shape, the cups should be turned to catch the wind, the stand should be same brass color, and I only got 3 parts for the stand, and they are black and not the same as shown on web page pictures, the ball should be brass and mine is black. The whole thing is different.
